9awim Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 9awim ("9awim", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9awim.net ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all products, services, games, and features made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, accessing any game, or initiating any financial transaction on the 9awim Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. This agreement takes effect on the date you first access or register on the Platform.

9awim reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this overall agreement.

To be eligible to register and use the 9awim Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform.
• You are a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction where online gambling as offered by 9awim is legal and permitted under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any person in those categories, of 9awim or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by 9awim, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gaming authority — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9awim reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation, to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of 9awim services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 9awim account. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 9awim will close duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player associated with them, forfeiting any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 9awim login credentials (username and password).
• All activity and transactions that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no other person has access to your account, particularly minors.
• Immediately notifying 9awim customer support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

9awim strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 9awim employs robust security infrastructure, including SSL encryption and real-time fraud monitoring, the security of your personal login credentials remains your responsibility. 9awim will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9awim reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any legitimate funds held in the account at the time of closure.

All financial transactions on the 9awim Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9awim does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the player.

Deposits. 9awim accepts deposits via the following PAGCOR-compliant payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed within your account cashier at the time of deposit. 9awim does not charge deposit fees on any of the supported payment methods, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in your cashier. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within the same business day, subject to banking hours. 9awim reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing times in individual cases.

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, 9awim is required to verify the source of funds for transactions exceeding applicable thresholds. You must not use the 9awim Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. 9awim is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

Chargebacks. Any attempt to reverse a deposit through a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal process — while the corresponding funds have been wagered or remain in your 9awim balance — is considered a fraudulent act. 9awim will pursue recovery of such funds and may permanently close your account.

9awim offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives to registered players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all 9awim promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to placing opposite-side bets, hedging across multiple accounts, or wagering in patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will be deemed bonus abuse.
• 9awim reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.

All games available on the 9awim Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Live dealer games are hosted by certified studios whose operations are subject to regular audits. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are publicly available in the game information section of each title.

By participating in any game on the 9awim Platform, you agree to:

• Play for your own personal recreational enjoyment only and not as a professional or commercial venture.
• Accept that game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes and that 9awim has no ability to influence individual game results.
• Acknowledge that a house edge exists across all game categories and that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss.
• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Not exploit any software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid out.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager. 9awim reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds or limits caused by a technical error on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9awim Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by 9awim.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and tournaments.
• Using software tools, exploits, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Abusing the 9awim bonus system through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions dishonestly.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9awim staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any 9awim software or game.

All content on the 9awim Platform — including but not limited to the 9awim brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of 9awim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of 9awim.
• Use any 9awim trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context outside of the Platform without prior written consent.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 9awim intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. 9awim reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

9awim collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. Our full data handling practices are described in the 9awim Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering a 9awim account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification data, transaction history, gameplay activity, and communications with our support team.

9awim implements industry-standard data security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9awim, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9awim's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 9awim account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 9awim's liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by 9awim's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 9awim.
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9awim makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time.

9awim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its discretion, with immediate effect, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 9awim's discretion, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for a reason not attributable to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method.

You may request to close your 9awim account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. During this period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to place bets or make deposits.

9awim is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity and keep it enjoyable:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net profit or loss during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration chosen and are actioned within 24 hours of request.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without fully self-excluding.

9awim reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes to PAGCOR regulations, operational changes, or security improvements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations under these Terms — 9awim will provide at least 7 days' notice by email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform upon your next login.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 9awim, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels. Our team aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using their official dispute resolution procedures. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 9awim is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and is required to cooperate with any formal investigation or adjudication process initiated by PAGCOR.

Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Metro Manila.
